HOPE (Home Ownership Purchase Enhancement) Property Tax Incentive and HOPE Energy-Efficiency Incentive
Missouri families that purchase a home in 2010 & meet the HOPE program guidelines, are eligible for an incentive payment equaling the amount of the 2009 tax bill associated with the property they purchased, up to a maximum of $1,250.
