First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit EXTENDED!
If you have not owned a home in the past 3 years, you may qualify for a tax credit! Purchase a home before April 30, 2010, close before July 1, 2010 and get back 10% of the purchase price of your new home to a maximum of $8,000. That means if you purchase a home for $80,000 you could get a tax credit of $8,000 when you file your taxes! Now that’s a good deal!
